• Keep women administrators at your college/university informed of WANCHE activities
• Inform state coordinator of additions, promotions, or departures among women administrators at your institution
• Inform state coordinator of activities of special interest to women at your institution
• Inform liaison coordinator of any changes to your address and of personnel at your institution
• Identify talented women and encourage their professional development
• Keep college/university president/chancellor aware of activities of WANCHE
• Urge women to apply for various administrative positions
